At Absolute Property Management, we are a certified, licensed staff of friendly people, who work hard to keep your homes occupied with good renters. We take continuing education classes to stay on top of new laws that affect the rental market. We take no set-up fees, and do not take any commissions until the home is rented.

• We specialize in finding the right home for the right tenant.
• We have HUD approved homes and we work with the Crisis Center, Senior Services, and Veterans to help with finding homes for people in crisis.
• We have a 51 unit apartment complex also that is fully furnished and all utilities furnished including cable tv.
• We do home inspections every 6 months and drive-by's every three months. The tenant is given a time frame to correct any issues that we find at that time.
• We maintain garbage service and water service and in some cases insurance payments for some of our owners.
• We keep an open friendly relationship with our owners and tenants, and they know they can call anytime and any information they need is readily available.
• We have established relationships with licenced plumbers, electricians, furnace repair companies etc.
  if the need arises.
• We have a staff of cleaning crews, yard maintanence, and general repairmen on call at all times if needed.
